If the cancellation is done after the expiry of 24 hours, the tickets are non-refundable, and customers may be eligible for future credit (depending upon the Airline policy) which can be used within 1 year by the same passenger. Cancellations made after this period may incur penalties as per the Airline's policy. Most of the Airlines offer non-refundable fares (tickets cancelled within 24 hours’ time frame as well). Please check the booking terms at the time of making the reservation.
If you've been charged a deposit or partial payment, you'll be refunded for that amount, minus any non-refundable fees. Once you've cancelled your booking, you can check the status of your refund with our agent.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the booking once the trip has commenced.
Passengers are eligible for a refund for optional services (e.g., baggage fees, seat upgrades, Wi-Fi) if these services are unavailable due to flight cancellations or significant delays.
For changes made voluntarily, airline-specific fare rules and change fees will apply. For involuntary changes (e.g., schedule changes), no airline change fees will apply, but a modification fee of $50 will still be charged by airnexia.com.
If the airline misplaces a passenger’s baggage, and the bag is declared officially lost, passengers are entitled to a refund of the baggage fees from the respective airlines only. Airlines typically declare a bag lost after 5 to 14 days depending on their policy. airnexia.com can only assist you in the claims process.
Passengers who purchase fully refundable tickets can cancel their tickets for a full refund, provided the ticket was not used.
For flights booked at least seven days before the scheduled departure, passengers are entitled to cancel their booking and receive a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation. This is applicable if no changes are made to the ticket, and cancellation is within the allowed timeframe.
This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; and personal injury or damage to property. If we are liable for any breach of these terms, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the service or refund of the cost of the service.
airnexia.com is not responsible for any adjustments made by airlines to flight schedules. In cases of major schedule adjustments or delays, passengers may be eligible for a refund based on the airline’s policy.

This option lets you reserve your rental car without paying in advance. When you get to the pick-up spot, just have whoever's driving present a valid credit card to pay the cost in full.
If you’ve got more than 60 days until you sail away, you can book with a deposit and pay the rest later. Look for a confirmation email for details on when and how to pay the rest.
